Tim Leyh Inducted Into American College of Trial Lawyers
In March 2016, Harrigan Leyh Farmer & Thomsen Managing Partner Timothy G. Leyh was inducted as a Fellow into the American College of Trial Lawyers. Tim joins Art Harrigan and Val Tollefson as Fellows.
Founded in 1950, the College is composed of the best of the trial bar from the United States and Canada. Fellowship in the College is extended by invitation only to those experienced trial lawyers who have mastered the art of advocacy and whose professional careers have been marked by the highest standards of ethical conduct, professionalism, civility, and collegiality. Lawyers must be actively engaged in trial work as their principal activity for a minimum of 15 years before they can be considered for Fellowship.
Tim is the Managing Partner of the firm. He joined the firm in 1987, and has represented municipalities, individuals, and businesses in many complex trials in federal and state court.
