HLFT’s Client Wins Appeal Affirming Trial Court’s Post-Verdict Dismissal of Equitable Claim
In a complex case involving an international securities transaction and claims under the Washington State Securities Act (WSSA), HLFT obtained a post-verdict ruling dismissing the plaintiff’s sole claim against our client. The Court of Appeals affirmed the trial win, protecting a bequest to HLFT’s client, which is an international charitable organization.
