Caleb is an accomplished trial lawyer with experience in both the criminal and civil arenas. He has achieved favorable results for his clients on numerous occasions, both in jury trials and on summary judgment.
Prior to joining the firm, Caleb spent several years representing health care providers, including the Pacific Northwest’s leading hospitals and health systems, in litigation matters. Caleb’s experience includes litigation in the areas of medical malpractice, privacy and HIPAA, the Consumer Protection Act, the Washington Law Against Discrimination, premises liability, contract disputes, and Department of Health investigations.
Caleb graduated from the UCLA School of Law, where he served as a Managing Editor of the UCLA Law Review and was selected as a participant in Professor Eugene Volokh’s First Amendment Amicus Brief Clinic. During law school, Caleb prosecuted misdemeanors and gross misdemeanors as a Rule 9 Legal Intern with the King County Prosecutor’s Office and served as an extern for the Honorable Robert S. Lasnik, United States District Court for the Western District of Washington in Seattle.
Caleb earned his Bachelor of Arts (summa cum laude) in Political Science from Whitworth University in Spokane, Washington, where he was a starting safety on the Pirates’ football team and named as an NCAA D-III Academic All-District honoree two years in a row. Also while at Whitworth, Caleb received awards in both the Political Science and Philosophy Departments for his undergraduate research and writing, studied abroad in South Africa, and worked as a legislative intern in the Washington, D.C. office of a Representative from the state of Ohio.
