Harrigan Leyh Welcomes New Partner Kristin Ballinger
Harrigan Leyh Farmer & Thomsen is pleased to announce that Kristin Ballinger has been elected to partner effective January 1, 2017. Kristin is a trial lawyer and appellate advocate who represents state and local governments, individuals, and businesses in complex matters in state and federal court. Together with Tim Leyh, Randall Thomsen, and members of the Snohomish County prosecutor’s office, Kristin recently and successfully defended Snohomish County at the trial court level in the consolidated wrongful death and property damage lawsuits arising from the 2014 Oso Landslide. Earlier in her career, Kristin served as a deputy prosecuting attorney for King County and as a clerk for the Hon. William L. Dwyer. She is delighted to practice law with some of the region’s most successful and experienced trial lawyers.
