Seattle attorney Tyler L. Farmer, of the law firm Harrigan Leyh Farmer & Thomsen, LLP, has been selected as a Fellow of the Litigation Counsel of America.  Tyler has represented numerous clients in federal and state courts throughout the country.  Tyler represents entrepreneurs, technology companies, and real estate investors in complex commercial litigation, including class action defense, corporate governance disputes, breach of contract cases, condemnation matters, land use disputes, and landlord – tenant disputes.  He has repeatedly been named a Washington State Super Lawyer and is AV Preeminent rated by Martindale.  In its 2016 edition, Benchmark Litigationidentified Tyler as a Local Litigation Star and noted that he “is recognized as one of the strongest up-and-coming trial lawyers.”
