Xiang Li’s practice focuses on commercial litigation and appeals.  Prior to joining the firm, Xiang clerked for the Honorable Michael W. Fitzgerald in the Central District of California and worked at Morrison & Foerster on a variety of litigation matters, including in the areas of intellectual property, civil rights, and white collar criminal defense.

Xiang graduated magna cum laude from Harvard Law School, where she practiced as a student attorney at the Harvard Criminal Justice Institute, served as Executive Editor of the Harvard Journal of Law and Technology, and worked as a Teaching Assistant at the Harvard Negotiation Institute.  She earned a B.S. in Economics and a B.A. in International Studies cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania. 

Before law school, Xiang worked as a product manager at Microsoft.  She is fluent in Mandarin Chinese as well as proficient in Spanish.
