Lindsay Calkins has successfully represented plaintiffs and defendants in federal and state courts across the country. Ms. Calkins represents clients of all sizes, from individuals to multi-million dollar corporations. She handles cases at every stage, including pre-suit investigation, discovery, motions practice, trial, and appeal. Ms. Calkins has argued in the Washington Supreme Court, the Washington Court of Appeals, and state and federal trial courts. In March 2017, she was profiled by The Puget Sound Business Journal for her winning argument on behalf of a major technology client.

Ms. Calkins graduated from The University of Chicago Law School, where she was a member of The University of Chicago Law Review and published an award-winning paper on statutory interpretation. After law school, she served as a law clerk for the Honorable Betty B. Fletcher of the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
